Picarveo Studio is provided by CITATELL (PTY) LTD. These terms apply when you access or use Picarveo Studio at app.picarveo.com to create, manage, print, and share scan-to-memory Picarveos.

Product and Accounts

Picarveo Studio is a business web app for photographers, studios, and creative businesses. Users may create an account, upload browser-readable video files, generate Picarveo scan links, manage projects, and use print-ready assets and engagement tools.

Billing

Picarveo Studio sells one-time credit packages. Purchased credits do not expire and no subscription is required for new purchases. Checkout, receipts, invoices, taxes, and eligible refunds for Paddle-processed purchases are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Existing legacy Studio Plan customers can still manage or cancel their plan.

Acceptable Use

You must only upload content that you have the right to use and share. You may not use Picarveo Studio for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
