Picarveo Studio is provided by CITATELL (PTY) LTD. These terms apply when you access or use Picarveo Studio at app.picarveo.com to create, manage, print, and share scan-to-memory Picarveos.

Product and Accounts

Picarveo Studio is a business web app for photographers, studios, and creative businesses. Users may create an account, upload browser-readable video files, generate Picarveo scan links, manage projects, and use print-ready assets and engagement tools.

Billing

Picarveo Studio offers pay-as-you-go credits and a Studio Plan subscription. Checkout, receipts, subscription management, invoices, taxes, and eligible refunds for Paddle-processed purchases are handled by Paddle as merchant of record.

Acceptable Use

You must only upload content that you have the right to use and share. You may not use Picarveo Studio for unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
