Information We Process

We process account information, authentication data, uploaded media, generated scan links, project metadata, usage activity, support messages, and billing-related identifiers needed to provide Picarveo Studio.

Payments

Paddle handles checkout, payment details, receipts, taxes, invoices, subscription management, and eligible refunds for Paddle-processed Studio purchases. Picarveo stores the Paddle identifiers needed to sync credits and subscription status.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app, secure accounts, process credits and subscriptions, support users, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
