Refund Policy

Picarveo Studio purchases are processed through Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record for Paddle-processed Studio orders and handles eligible refunds, taxes, receipts, invoices, and payment support.

How to Request a Refund

Use the support link in your Paddle confirmation email, Paddle billing management, or contact support@picarveo.com with your order details.

Credits and Subscriptions

Pay-as-you-go credits and Studio top-up credits stay on your account. Studio Plan included credits refresh with your billing period and expire at the end of that period. Subscription cancellation and billing management are handled through Paddle.
